Shipping & Handling:
We offer free shipping and handling for UPS ground to continental US (48 contiguous States) addresses and US APO and FPO addresses. This includes the return of your source tapes, pictures, discs, etc., submitted with your order unless you tell us otherwise. Second-Day and Overnight shipping option requests can be honored with extra charges if you request it and if these services are available at your shipping location. Contact us for non-continental-US shipment orders. Payment options: Payment can be in the form of a personal check or money order payable to Videogap included with your order, or by credit card by completing the credit card section of the order form. Please do not send cash with your order.
Order processing time:
Simple small orders submitted for video conversion are normally completed and shipped no more than a week after receipt of your order if paid by credit card. A simple small order is defined as an order consisting of a combined total of 10 or fewer tapes or CDs, without complicated custom titles, subtitles, chapter marks, or unclear instructions. Allow 1 extra week for normal processing if paid by personal check. We may contact you using the e-mail or phone information (if provided) to resolve questions about your order before beginning work on it. If you only provide a mailing address, we will have to mail our questions and wait for your response before beginning work on your order. This could significantly delay the processing of your order.
Rush processing requests:
Rush processing orders are normally completed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt. Rush processing is only available for simple small orders and paid by verified credit card.
Warranty Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will replace and re-encode any disc which has playability errors due to the encoding process or due to a defective disc at no charge when identified and returned to us, with the source video and other source material used in its initial production, within 30 days of encoding. This warranty does not apply to any disk that has been damaged, abused, or altered.

The services we provide are generally made available for the encoding and duplication of non-copyrighted materials such as personal home videos, pictures, and other non-copyrighted applications. Encoding and duplication requests of copyrighted materials will be rejected. We reserve the right to reject orders which we believe are obvious violations of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
